Workshop description

A seriously playful learning experience that enables you to:

  • Gain insight into the motivations that influence the decisions and actions of teams and their leaders – especially those motivations that are hidden or unconscious.

  • Identify ways to reduce the unhelpful motivators that derail progress and undermine a team’s chances of success.

With its focus on experiential learning rather than deep theoretical explanations, the workshop will see participants walk away with at least one actionable step to improve their team’s focus on and commitment to their mission.

This is the first workshop in the 7-part motivation module of the agile organisations training series, which is designed to expose leaders and managers to the real-time dynamics of motivation in the workplace and its influence on team cohesion, commitment and performance.

As a 1-hour session, it’s suitable for lunchtime learning or any time during working hours.
